The Meridian Cardi (for girls) is an easy fitting cardigan or jacket any kid will love. The Cardi is reversible, can be made short or long-sleeved, and includes an updated Peter Pan collar. The Meridian Cardi is designed primarily to be made with medium-weight jersey and interlock knit fabrics, but can also be sewn with heavyweight knits (sweatshirt fleece and french terry), light weight knits, or even four-way stretch fabrics. The Jacket is designed to be made with medium- to heavy-weight woven fabrics (such as corduroy, canvas, quilting cotton, linen, and chambray) or heavy-weight knits. Use Light to medium weight woven fabrics for jacket lining (such as quilting cotton, chambray, voile, cotton lawn, shot cotton, linen or double gauze).

The pattern is printed on heavy weight paper; all sizes are printed together so you will want to trace your individual size onto another medium for use. I recommend Pellon's Tru-Grid nonwoven.
